Sophie is a solicitor in our Corporate department and is based in Glasgow. She advises both public and private sector clients on a range of commercial issues, including intellectual property, commercial contracts and data protection. Sophie is also part of our corporate transactions team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations and corporate governance.
Sophie graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2021 and holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law. She trained with the firm and spent half of her traineeship in the Glasgow Corporate team, qualifying as a solicitor in 2023.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring new cities. She can (occasionally) be found at the gym and loves a themed spin class.
