Our Employment Unit is one of the largest and most experienced in Scotland and acts for clients across the United Kingdom and beyond. Whether you need advice on a settlement, raising an Employment Tribunal claim, the fairness of a redundancy process, a discrimination issue or more general employment contract queries we’re here to help. We offer initial consultations at no cost through our Employment Law Clinic.

The fact we have both a commercial client base and also advise and represent employees means we’re able to see any employment situation from both sides, which gives us the broader perspective our clients need.

Our team regularly represents clients across the UK in cases before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal and, when required, the Court of Session, Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights. Where you need it, we can act as your representative in the tribunal but we will also discuss ways in which your dispute might be resolved by discussion and, if necessary, mediation.
