We’ll explain from the outset what the process of investigating and making a claim involves, including:

• The need to obtain independent expert reports
• What happens if a court action is raised and if you may need to go to court

We will continue to discuss and meet with you throughout this journey to ensure you know what’s going on and so you can tell us of any changes to how you’re getting on.

Unlike many other medical negligence claims handlers, we won’t automatically take a share of the compensation due to you. We will discuss all funding options with you and make sure you get the right one for your specific circumstances.
