Caroline Pringle

Caroline specialises in advising individuals, trustees and families on a broad range of personal legal matters, with an emphasis on estate planning, asset protection and capital tax (inheritance tax and capital gains tax) mitigation. This includes advising on wills, lifetime gifting, succession planning, as well as the creation, administration and termination of trusts or other tax efficient structures.

Caroline embraces the role of trusted advisor, and finds pragmatic and bespoke solutions to suit an individual’s or family’s specific needs.

She also has considerable experience with Powers of Attorney, Guardianship orders, incapacity issues in general, as well as with charities.

Caroline is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Notary Public. She was also previously named as one of eprivateclient’s Top 35 under 35.

Outside of the office, Caroline enjoys spending time with her young family, paddleboarding and playing golf.
