Megan is a solicitor in our Corporate team, specialising in the public and third sectors. She advises clients on a wide range of issues, such as procurement law, commercial contracts, data protection law and governance matters.
Megan also advises on charity, corporate and company law in the public and third sectors. This involves setting up companies/charities (including incorporating SCIOs), drafting articles of association and advising on shareholder agreements.
In her free time, Megan enjoys running and baking. She can often be found outdoors and is passionate about saving the planet.
