Laura Sinclair

Laura is an Associate and Notary Public based in the firm’s Shetland office. She specialises in conveyancing, crofting law and private client matters. She assists clients on conveyancing, including the negotiation of contracts for buying and selling residential and commercial properties and security work. She has a broad range of experience in crofting law, advising clients on croft registrations, assignations, disposals, and succession. She also provides advice on preparing Wills, estate administration and the preparation of Powers of Attorney

Laura enjoys getting to know her clients and is focused on ensuring her clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the transaction.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and helping out on the family croft. Her agricultural experience is often an asset when advising clients on rural matters.
