Drew Morris

Drew specialises in commercial property, advising on the structure of purchase and the sale of investment and development properties. He works closely with property and banking clients on the funding of acquisitions. Clients come from across the property, commercial and voluntary sectors, each with different demands and contrasting portfolios.

Drew works with banks and other funders, and, having worked directly for a major bank in his earlier career, he has a complete understanding of funding transactions.

For Drew, forging close working relationships with clients to exceed expectations on each project is a key source of professional satisfaction – and always the core aim.

Outside work, Drew likes to apply the same tenacity and energy to sport and has completed a number of marathons. Recently he’s had less time to train and race, but has invested in a new pair of running shoes…
