Molly is a Solicitor in our Employment, Immigration and Pensions unit. She regularly represents both employer and employee clients across the private and public sectors in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Molly has successfully defended employers against a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, victimisation and unlawful deduction of wages. She has experience of virtual hearings and has handled cases in the Scottish and English Employment Tribunals. Molly can also assist employers with non-contentious matters such as drafting contracts of employment, reviewing policies and advising on TUPE transfers. She has experience advising HR clients on ad hoc employee relations matters as well as employees in relation to settlement agreements.
Molly has an interest in legal technology and is a member of the firm’s Innovation Committee and the Law Society of Scotland’s Technology Law and Practice Committee.
Outside of work, Molly is interested in football and is a keen cyclist.
