Alice Tait

Alice is a senior solicitor working remotely from Orkney. She works closely with our commercial real estate and rural teams, dealing regularly with purchases and sales, commercial leasing on behalf of both landlord and tenant, farm disposals and acquisitions, wayleave agreements, renewable energy projects and security work.

Alice values being approachable and gives practical advice to a wide range of clients.

Away from work, Alice is involved in sport and music locally and enjoys helping on the farm where she lives.
