Alice is a senior solicitor in the Rural Land and Business team. She advises clients on a range of issues including the sale and purchase of rural land, leases, and title concerns. She has assisted clients with residential property sales and has undertaken research for clients on servitude issues and coal mining queries. She also has an interest in renewable energy and diversification projects.
Prior to specialising in rural property, Alice worked in litigation for a global law firm with a focus on the construction sector across a variety of industries.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family. Alice also enjoys travelling, cooking, and baking.
