Sarah is based in our Employment, Immigration and Pensions team. She has experience advising clients on all contentious employment matters, including unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and assertion of a statutory right, and has experience representing employee and employer clients in the Employment Tribunal. Sarah has a keen interested in alternative dispute resolution and has successfully advised and represented numerous clients in resolving disputes through Mediation.
Outside of work she’ll be found soaking up time with her young family. She enjoys hill walking and running, as well as spending time drinking tea and reading a good book
