Rory is a solicitor in our corporate department and acts in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, energy projects, corporate governance, and reorganisations.
Rory has a particular focus on private equity, advising a range of investors across the private and public sector, from private equity houses and venture capitalists to family offices and universities, in debt and equity investment.
Outside of the office, Rory loves/hates running and is currently working on chipping away at his personal bests. He’s also a keen cook, enjoys the odd Munro, and is trying to get the hang of golf.
