Emma McWhirter
Emma specialises in succession and tax planning in our private client department with a focus on high net worth clients. This can include the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, creating and managing trusts, and executry administration. Emma’s aim is to provide pragmatic advice which suits the circumstances of each client.
Emma is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is an international professional body for advisers who specialise in inheritance and succession planning.
Outside of work, Emma can be found walking her two dogs around Edinburgh and the Lothians.
