Cashroom Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cashroom Assistant in our Cashroom department
Purpose of the role
To provide administrative and technical support to the Cashroom team as part of the Finance Department to ensure accurate and compliant financial data and processes.
Your role is to:
- Input and process data accurately and promptly onto the firm’s Aderant Practice Management System
- Reconcile and replicate data across systems as appropriate
- Liaise with fee-earners and support teams regarding transactions
- Use online banking systems for processing payments
- Prepare and maintain audit evidence and ensure compliance with LSS and SRA rules for client funds
- Work as part of the team, supporting and advising as appropriate
As a Cashroom Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Have strong numerical skills
- Have good excel skills
- Be confident working with the Aderant Practice Management System
- Have a positive attitude
- Be a team worker who can also work using your own initiative
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be keen to learn
