Mary Frances O’Neill

Mary Frances (MF) is a Director in the Dispute Resolution Team in our Glasgow office. She regularly acts for clients across the private and public sectors in major projects, predominately in infrastructure and renewable energy matters.

MF brings valuable experience of the Scottish public sector, having worked for a decade for three major public sector bodies, including as head of a multidisciplinary team. Having worked as inhouse counsel and with experience as varied as client relationship management, bid writing, planning law, licensing law, information governance and education law, MF brings a real knowledge and understanding of “the bigger picture” in advising and supporting her clients. She also has a Certificate in Legal Project Management.

Outside of the office, MF enjoys singing in a community choir, planting flowers in her beloved garden and practising yoga.
