She has experience in advising insurers, loss adjusters, employers and public sector clients in relation to high value complex employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims, including fatal claims, litigated in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She has conducted numerous Fatal Accident Inquiries and also has experience of legal representation in Public Inquiry hearings.
