Julia is a Director in our Dispute Resolution department specialising in defender personal injury litigation and representation at Fatal Accident Inquiries in the Sheriff Court. She has experience in advising insurers, loss adjusters, employers and public sector clients in relation to high value complex employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims, including fatal claims, litigated in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She has conducted numerous Fatal Accident Inquiries and also has experience of legal representation in Public Inquiry hearings.
Julia has been ranked Rising Star by the legal directory, Legal 500 and has recently been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Outside of the firm, Julia enjoys time with her family and adventurous trail running with her friends.
