Jon is an Director in our commercial property team and specialises in commercial and rural property transactions. He is particularly experienced in acting for public sector and utility clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial and infrastructure development sites, land leasing, renewable energy projects and ancillary property rights.
Jon has worked with Scottish Water on their property and land services for a decade, acting as principal adviser in numerous strategic and flagship developments. He has also helped in the disposal of high value sites, commercial and housing developments, and acts on behalf of banks and private landowners, providing property finance, rural and commercial conveyancing expertise.
