Jamie Miller

Jamie is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department based in our Edinburgh office, focussing on property litigation and contractual disputes. He works with a range of clients such as private individuals, public sector clients, and Insolvency practitioners. Jamie also has experience in banking, commercial and general litigation, insolvency, debt recovery and enforcement.

Jamie can assist with lease and contract disputes, recovery of rent and invoices, issuing notices to quit and repossession actions in the Sheriff Court and Tribunals, in which he regularly appears.

Jamie is also a member of the Anderson Strathern Accelerate Retail Group.

Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys watching his favourite football team and playing golf, together with cooking and trips to the theatre.
