Donna Veitch

Donna is a Legal Executive in our Private Client department, dealing primarily with all aspects of executry administration, both testate and intestate. Specific aspects of her work include carrying out initial investigations of an estate, dealing with Inheritance Tax reporting to HMRC, and generally following the process through to the final stages of the estate administration – including obtaining HMRC clearance on completion of all necessary tax reporting, and producing an Estate Account before arranging for distribution of estate funds to the residuary beneficiaries.

Donna works closely with her clients, has a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and can advise and guide clients with ease through what can sometimes be difficult personal circumstances.

Donna holds a specialist Paralegal Certificate in Wills, Trusts and Executries and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland.

Outside of work Donna is a keen runner, enjoys cycling and attending the gym whenever time permits.
