As a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution department, Lucy provides expert advice on a broad range of matters including defender personal injury claims, fatal accident inquiries and commercial disputes. Lucy is ranked in Chambers & Partners as an Associate to Watch in the defender personal injury category and she is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Lucy has experience advising public sector clients, insurers, individuals and self-insured corporates. In addition, Lucy conducts fatal accident inquiries and makes regular appearances in the Sheriff Courts. She is also involved in Court of Session matters and works with our in-house solicitor advocates and external counsel.
Outside of work, Lucy is a Trustee of the Clark Foundation for Legal Education and a Past President of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association.
