As an associate in our commercial litigation team, Lucy provides expert advice on a broad range of dispute resolution matters including health & safety, commercial disputes and defender insurance claims. Lucy has a background in pursuer litigation which gives her a helpful insight into the defender claims she works on.
Since joining the team, Lucy has gained experience advising insurers, public authorities and self-insured corporates. Lucy conducts fatal accident inquiries and makes regular appearances in the Sheriff Courts and before regulatory panels across Scotland. She is also involved in Court of Session matters and works with our in-house solicitor advocates and external counsel.
Outside work, Lucy is a Trustee of the Clark Foundation for Legal Education and a Past President of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association.
