Kieran specialises in commercial real estate and provides advice on all elements of commercial property work, with a focus on leasing, selling and buying.
He works closely with clients across a range of sectors and backgrounds, from private entities to government agencies. He is experienced in a range of commercial property matters, including leasing and connected lease management work (from the perspective of both landlord and tenant), sale and purchases, property disputes (including boundary disputes), land tax advice and general property advice.
In his spare time, Kieran enjoys running, cycling and playing football and basketball (his high school team won the Scottish Schools Cup and he was MVP in the final). He is also a fluent French speaker, having lived in Aix-en-Provence for a year.
