He is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate, and Head of our Dispute Resolution team, with over 30 years’ experience advising clients on commercial, financial, property, licensing and insolvency disputes. He has a particular expertise in corporate and shareholder disputes. Throughout his career, Tom has regularly appeared in courts and tribunals handling high-value and legally significant cases.
A strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, Tom acts as an arbitrator in property and commercial disputes and is an accredited RICS Mediator. He also has extensive experience in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals of the Housing and Property Chamber, and in presenting cases before professional regulators.
He is valued by clients for his ability to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
