Our qualified mediators, Alun Thomas, Jemma Forrest, Fiona Gray and Dawn Dickson, led a panel discussion on mediation. Using their experiences, they explored how mediation can be used to resolve conflicts in the workplace.
The panel covered:
• Different ways you could introduce mediation into your workplace
• Experiences and examples of using internal and external mediation/early resolution systems
• An introduction to our own MARS (Mediation and Resolution Service) and our ideas for building internal mediation capacity for clients
