Tom Redhead

Tom is a Solicitor in our corporate department with a duel role across our Corporate & Commercial and Baking & Finance teams. Having trained with the firm, Tom advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, reorganisations and investment transactions. He also supports borrowers, banks and other lenders across the UK on a range of financing transactions.

Outside of work, Tom is passionate about rugby (although his playing days are long over) and now enjoys running and cycling to keep himself active.
