Sheila is a Partner with responsibility for Anderson Strathern’s Orkney and Shetland offices. She brings extensive public sector expertise, having previously worked in local government providing legal advice across education, infrastructure, licensing and governance matters.
Sheila also has significant experience in contract management and board-level advisory roles within the renewables sector, supporting clients on strategic, regulatory and operational matters. Her practical, commercially-minded approach allows her to guide both public and private sector clients effectively through complex legal and governance issues.
