Russell is a Partner in our Private Client team in Edinburgh. He advises on all aspects of private client work, including estate administration (contentious and non-contentious), wills, estate and succession planning, and adults with incapacity matters, including powers of attorney.
Russell provides clear, compassionate guidance, helping individuals and families navigate complex decisions. He is committed to delivering a personal, client-focused service, offering reassurance and practical solutions during challenging times.
A notary public and member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Russell is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals through tutoring on the Private Client course for the Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh University.
