Rachel Kelly

Rachel is a member of the Client Service Team within the Private Client department, acting as the first point of contact for new clients and ensuring every individual receives a welcoming and seamless introduction to the firm. She takes pride in delivering a smooth and personalised guest journey, helping clients feel supported and informed from the very beginning.

Before joining the legal sector, Rachel built a strong foundation in hospitality, spending over 15 years working in hotels across Aberdeen, Oxford and St Andrews. Her extensive experience in high‑quality customer-facing roles has shaped her passion for exceptional client service and her commitment to creating positive, memorable experiences.

Out of the office, Rachel loves to cook and is always trying out new recipes. She enjoys getting outside for walks with her dog, discovering new restaurants in town, and then balancing that by keeping active at the gym.
