As Managing Partner, Murray leads from the front, driving our day-to-day operations while shaping and delivering the firm’s long-term strategy. Alongside his leadership role, he remains a trusted adviser to many of our largest clients, including the Scottish Government, Crown Estate Scotland, Scottish Prison Service, INEOS and City of Edinburgh Council.

A highly experienced employment lawyer, Murray continues to advise on workplace strategy and is a passionate advocate for strong, progressive employer-employee relationships.
