Laura joins the Employment, Immigration and Pensions team at Anderson Strathern as an HR Case Consultant, bringing operational leadership experience within the education sector. She previously oversaw compliance, safeguarding, finance and day-to-day operations, while building trusted relationships with families and senior leadership.

Her background gives her a grounded understanding of the challenges organisations face when managing people, risk and reputation. She has a particular interest in employment law, governance and workplace culture, and is committed to delivering clear, practical support that balances legal obligations with operational realities.

Alongside her professional role, Laura is studying for her LLB, reflecting a long-held ambition to transition into the legal profession.
