A trusted adviser to major banking clients including Lloyds Banking Group and Royal Bank of Scotland, Gillian acts on a wide spectrum of matters for both funders and borrowers. Her work spans facility agreements, security packages, structured transactions and restructurings, combining technical excellence with commercial clarity.
Having previously worked in-house at the Bank of Scotland, she brings valuable lender-side insight and a deep understanding of risk, governance and delivery.
