Gillian is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate team and leads our Finance Sector Group. She is dual-qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and in England & Wales. Gillian acts as a key adviser for many of our most important client relationships, such as Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland, and is closely involved in a diverse range of transactions for both funders and borrowers, including facility agreements, security documentation and restructuring.
She is named as a Leading Partner for Banking and Finance in The Legal 500 directory (2026).
Before joining us, Gillian worked in-house at the Bank of Scotland. She is recognised by the principal legal directory Chambers & Partners as a ‘Leader in their field’ in Real Estate.
