Euan Robertson

Euan obtained a First Class law degree at Strathclyde in 2020 and returned to complete his Diploma there the next year.

Euan is regularly instructed in a wide range of commercial litigation actions including debt recovery, judicial reviews and general proceedings for damages. He acts for both private individuals and companies as well as public bodies. Euan is also instructed in various regulatory matters spanning professional discipline and health and safety.

Euan has a particular interest in insolvency litigation. He acts for a range of Trustees and Liquidators in personal and corporate insolvencies. He has significant court experience in such matters and is regularly instructed to appear in contentious motion hearings and proofs.

Outside of work, Euan enjoys cooking, spending time with his dog and watching his local football team (sometimes).
