Ranked as a “Rising Star” in property litigation by Legal 500 and “Up and Coming” in real estate litigation by Chambers and Partners, Edward returned to Anderson Strathern as a Partner to lead the Property Litigation team, having previously been with the firm until 2013.
Edward advises on disputes involving commercial landlords and tenants, rural estates, and private clients. A solicitor advocate, he regularly appears in the Court of Session, including the Inner House. He also brings extensive experience as a commercial litigator and has acted in a number of high-profile public procurement cases, combining strategic insight with practical litigation expertise.
