Claire Hendry

Claire is a qualified lawyer having specialised in employment law since 1998. She worked in private practice for about 17 years latterly studying for and obtaining a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.

Over the past 12 years Claire has engaged in HR consultancy work concentrating on HR projects including complex investigations. The nature of the investigations include grievances, disciplinary matters, complaints and strategic reviews.

Claire’s employment law and HR experience enables her to work effectively in assisting clients manage their employee relations and follow their internal processes and policies. A highlight for her is engaging with a variety of people within different types of organisations and sectors and gaining practical experience in project management, client care/relationships, communication, teamwork and commercial judgment.

Claire’s friendly, empathetic and pragmatic approach to situations complements her sense of fun and adventure, particularly on the golf course.
