Annabelle is an employment solicitor based in Aberdeen, advising clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has experience in employment tribunal claims from initial instruction through to the final hearing, acting for both employers and employees in cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Annabelle regularly represents clients at tribunal hearings and has taken on advocacy responsibilities from an early stage in her career, including successfully securing a full strike-out of claims shortly after qualifying.
Outside of work, Annabelle trains weekly in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has taken part in a number of charity challenges, including leading a team to victory at the Charlie House Venture competition. She enjoys travelling and is always planning her next adventure.
