Fiona Gray

Fiona is part of a team of HR Business Partners working within our HR Plus function, which offers clients a totally flexible yet comprehensive HR service, and comes with the support of an entire team of Employment Lawyers and other employment specialists.

She is MCIPD qualified with a diverse career that spans across Private, Public and Voluntary Sector organisations. Her experience covers all the strategic as well as day to day transactional aspects of the role of an HR Business Partner. Fiona is also an accredited mediator and specialises in Commercial and Workplace Mediations.

Having worked for many years with the co-ownership business model, Fiona understands the impact that a great employee culture can have on any business model success. Fiona describes herself as someone who adds well informed and relevant insight to leadership teams and always aims to solve client problems, big or small, in an engaging and practical way.

Based in central Edinburgh, Fiona enjoys all that the city has to offer and loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
