Estate Agency Administrator and Viewing Co-ordinator - Residential Property Department - Edinburgh

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agency Administrator and Viewing Co-ordinator within this team.

We have a market-leading Residential conveyancing team, headed up by our award-winning specialists, Sara Jalicy and Jemma Richardson. We provide tailored property advice to private, individual, commercial, and public sector clients.

You will be responsible for

  • The administrative elements of preparing properties for market
  • Opening new client matters, preparing engagement paperwork, and instructing Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) checks for the team.
  • Instructing suppliers, including photographers and surveyors.
  • Dealing with general telephone enquiries.
  • Arranging a large volume of viewings with viewing agents and clients on a daily basis.
  • Financial administration, including processing bills/invoices and costs.
  • Other administrative ad-hoc tasks, as required by the team.

  • The ability to work in a paper free estate agency system and environment.
  • The ability to cope with a large administrative workload, quickly and accurately.
  • The ability to prioritise workload efficiently, particularly under volume pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy.
  • The ability to be an effective team worker, and to use your own initiative.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to your work, and to learning and supporting others.
