Kirsty Maitland

Kirsty works in the rural land and business team and assists in a wide range of rural property work. This includes assisting in the sales and purchases of forests, farms, rural land and buildings, country houses and estates. Kirsty also has experience of crofting transactions and bank security work.

Kirsty also deals with voluntary registration of farms, estates and other rural properties as well as estate management matters including servitudes, wayleaves, sporting rights and salmon fishings.

Kirsty comes from a rural background and enjoys being out in the countryside and spending time with her family.
