Gary Burton and Sarah Lonie explored the topic of incapacity and how it impacts on Private Client and Court Practitioners. Both Gary and Sarah regularly deal with individuals who are incapable and their families looking to navigate the legal system.
They discussed what issues arise and the practical solutions that can be provided to assist clients.

Guardianship/intervention applications and responsibilities

Ascertaining capacity for instructions for Wills and Powers of Attorney
