To make an application for indefinite leave to remain on the basis of 10 years of residence, you must be eligible to apply and able to demonstrate that you meet the relevant immigration rules:

Any visa holder who is soon to reach 10 years spent in the UK, having held visas continuously throughout this year-period, will likely wish to apply under this route.
