Chloe is a solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team. She acts for an array of clients in Sheriff Court actions across Scotland and assists in Court of Session cases.
Chloe has experience in dealing with commercial disputes, construction disputes, contentious executries, fatal accident inquiries and has experience in advising and assisting clients in relation to health and safety matters. Chloe has gained and continues to gain invaluable experience in various legal disciplines and is therefore able to advise, support and represent clients effectively.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys running, cycling, and travelling.
