Club HR: Employment law update – what’s on the horizon for 2024?

This event is part of a series and is suitable for HR professionals or those with responsibility for managing staff.

Our experts, Dawn Dickson and Clare McDairmant, discussed the prospective changes to employment law in 2024.

The duo covered:

  • Levels of compensation in employment tribunals – where are we now?
  • AI – the HR risks and opportunities
  • Which HR policies you should have in 2024
  • Key case law decisions and new employment law legislation to look out for in 2024

Our Club HR events are run quarterly throughout the year. If you couldn’t attend this event but interested in learning more about Club HR or future events, please contact the events team at events@andersonstrathern.co.uk.
