Sara is Head of Residential Property at Anderson Strathern, leading the firm’s residential conveyancing and estate agency teams. She was one of the youngest partners appointed at a Scottish law firm in 2014 and was awarded Rising Star of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards in 2015. Since then, she has grown and developed a highly successful residential property team.
Sara specialises in buying and selling all types of residential property across Scotland, with a focus on Edinburgh and East Lothian. She is recognised for her expertise in the private and high-net-worth market, advising on some of Scotland’s most sought-after homes. Her unique background as a solicitor, estate agent, negotiator and valuer allows her to deliver practical, strategic and commercially minded advice.
She serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, Conflicts Group, and chairs the Risk Management Committee, bringing insight, leadership and innovation to both client work and internal governance.
