She was one of the youngest partners to be appointed in a Scottish law firm when she joined us in 2014 and her fantastic skills, drive and enthusiasm were recognised when she was awarded Rising Star of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards in 2015.
Sara is a specialist in buying and selling all types of residential property. She is best known for work in the high net worth market and for her experience in transacting with some of Scotland’s most sought after private homes. She is also an expert in the buy-to-let investment market, where she acts for a number of companies and investors in their residential acquisitions. Among Sara’s key skills for her clients are re-mortgaging work, transfers of title and property sourcing. When it comes to selling your property, Sara’s unique background as a solicitor, estate agent, negotiator and property valuer equips her to understand your needs at every stage of your sale. She often visits properties to provide insightful pre-sale appraisals at the outset and to provide valuable marketing advice to our clients.

Sara also serves on the firm’s Management Board and leads the firm’s talent management initiative.
Outside of work, Sara loves to challenge herself and achieve ambitious goals. She raised thousands of pounds for cancer charity Marie Curie by cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats and is currently carrying out a full renovation of her new family home.
