Linda McCormack

Linda is a Legal Executive working in our private client department.

Having worked in the legal sector for many years, she now specialises in the administration of executry estates following death. She has a diploma from the Society of Law Accountants (SOLAS) and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal.

Linda deals with all the administrative aspects of obtaining Confirmation to the estate and working with the executors to realise the estate prior to finalisation. She deals with all aspects of executry administration including cases involving inheritance tax, assets which attract agricultural or business relief, foreign assets, winding up of related trusts, intestate cases and legal rights.

Away from the office, she enjoys walking and trying new restaurants.
