Client Service Executive

We are looking for a friendly, organised and client-focused Client Service Executive to join our Employment, Immigration & Pensions team.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Client Service, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building positive relationships and helping clients feel supported from their first enquiry through to the next stage of their journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage client enquiries, follow-up calls and maintain accurate records.

As a Client Service Executive, you will be expected to

  • Act as a first-line contact for new and existing clients over phone and email via website
  • Collect and accurately record detailed client information related to a wide range of legal enquiries on employment services
  • Create and maintain client “programmes/portfolios” to be passed on to solicitors
  • Liaise between clients and solicitors, ensuring clarity and timely flow of information
  • Follow up with clients who have received quotations to confirm next steps and encourage progression and converting quotes into business
  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service at all times
  • Once work is completed, follow up with clients with a courtesy call and exploring opportunities to cross-sell.

About you

  • Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or sales (ideally in a legal or professional services environment)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to handle sensitive situations in an empathetic manner
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or case management software is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and take the initiative to suggest client service improvements
