Evie specialises in purchase and sale transactions, as well as remortgages, transfers of title, property portfolio work and security matters across Scotland. She enjoys guiding clients through what can often feel like a complex process, providing clear, practical advice and consistent support at every stage.

She developed her expertise during her traineeship, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of property matters. Evie takes pride in getting to know her clients, understanding their individual circumstances and tailoring her approach to ensure their experience is as smooth and straightforward as possible. With conveyancing constantly evolving, she remains adaptable and responsive to both market changes and client expectations.

At Anderson Strathern, Evie is committed to helping clients feel confident, informed and supported throughout their transaction. Building strong relationships and supporting clients through significant milestones is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work, and it is this blend of technical expertise and personal connection that motivates her every day.

Outside of work, Evie enjoys staying active through Hyrox classes and running. She is particularly passionate about outdoor running — she completed the Edinburgh Half Marathon last year and enjoyed it so much that she has signed up for the Manchester Half Marathon in October 2026.
