Suzanne Chitty

Suzanne is a Director in our Residential Conveyancing department. She has extensive experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, with particular expertise in property sales and purchases.

Suzanne also regularly advises on remortgages, discharges and transfers of title, providing clients with clear, efficient guidance throughout each stage of their transaction.

Suzanne is a highly experienced property solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in the Edinburgh, Lothians and surrounding markets. Over the course of her career, she has built strong and trusted working relationships with estate agents, surveyors, lenders and other solicitors which enables smooth and efficient transactions. She is known for her proactive approach and commitment to high standards.

In her free time, Suzanne makes the most of living in central Edinburgh by enjoying the wide variety of coffee shops and restaurants with her friends. She is also a keen reader and a regular at her local swimming pool.
