Working as a senior paralegal in our banking litigation team, Daniel specializes in a range of civil litigation and debt recovery work in the sheriff court. He works closely with financial institutions and other commercial clients. Daniel’s depth of experience includes secured and unsecured asset and credit recovery and insolvency litigation.
Daniel also undertakes a wide range of licensing work, including provisional license applications, late hours catering, premises and public entertainment licenses including applications, renewals and variation. He works closely with clients on licensing issue and queries, working side by side with the various Licensing Boards/Clerks to progress applications to a conclusion.
Away from the office he enjoys watching football and is a keen golfer.
