Emily is a senior solicitor in our Employment, Immigration and Pensions Unit. She represents both employers and employees in the private and public sectors, handling issues like discrimination, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing. Emily also advises on settlement agreements and finds pragmatic solutions for managing employee disputes. Emily has been successful in the Employment Tribunal both pursuing and defending various claims, including claims for disability discrimination, unfair dismissal, race discrimination and harassment.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys going up north and walking her dog in the highlands. She is also a keen traveller, having lived and worked in Australia and New Zealand in the past.
